Elevator Outage Updates
Riverfront Park & Central Platte Valley District Residents,
Modernization of the Union Gateway Bridge elevators is scheduled to begin on Monday, June 2, 2025. The project is expected to take approximately two weeks per bridge with a total of one month to complete.
It was also determined that the Union Gateway Bridge Elevator needs traveler cable replaced. TK Elevator is working expeditiously to have the custom part made and shipped. Once we have a better idea of when the cable will be installed, we will report back to the neighbors.
Access to downtown can be made via either the 15th street or 20th street corridor during these outages.
